TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
1. All our sales are governed by the terms and conditions set forth in this document. They supersede and reject any additional of conflicting terms and conditions of yours, any statement therein to the contrary notwithstanding. Any acceptance of our offers must be limited to the terms thereof. Exceptions to or modifications of any of our terms and conditions, at any time, must be contained in a written statement received from you. We shall not be deemed to have waived any of our terms and conditions unless such waiver and assent is in writing and signed by an authorized officer.
2. Our offers are always subject to availability. Our prices are based on the presumption that all conditions between the day the offer was made and that when it was accepted, remain unaltered. If, in the interim, raw materials, salaries, freight costs, insurance etc., should increase, prices will be adapted accordingly.
3. Following our receipt of your order, no modification will be accepted.
4. Prices or conditions accepted by our representative at the time of an order only become binding when an authorized officer of our company confirms those prices and conditions in writing.
5. All orders that are not cancelled by us in writing within eight days of receipt, are accepted, without our having to confirm the order in writing.
6. Delivery schedules are approximate only. In estimating dates for the furnisching of goods, no allowance has been made, nor shall we be liable directly or indirectly for any delays beyond our control or causes designated force majeure by any court of law and in the event such delays arise, the estimated delivery date shall be extended accordingly. We will not be liable for any damages or penalties whatsoever, whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, resulting from our failure to perform or delay in performing.
7. On all shipment, whether Ex Works our warehouse, DDP or any other terms, delivery of goods to the initial carrier will constitute delivery to you and all goods will be shipped at your risk. A claim for loss or damage in transit must be entered with the carrier and prosecuted by you. Unless a written agreement to the contrary, our shipments are Ex Works. DDP client deliveries are taken to mean DDP carrier in front of the shop of the client, for a onetime delivery at a single location. Your acceptance of delivery shall constitute a waver of any claim for delay.
8. If you or the carrier refuses delivery or delays shipment or acceptance, the products may be stored according to our direction at your risk and expense. During any such period of storage you shall have title to the products and bear the risk of loss.
9. If you reject any goods supplied pursuant to this document, you must notify us of such rejection within 8 days of the delivery of furnisching thereof. Failure to make such notification constitutes acceptance. Delivered goods may only be returned with the written consent of our company with regards to the reasons for rejection. Costs for returning the goods will be at your charge unless our service has been at fault.
10. Our invoices are payable in Brussels, in cash, unless other payment terms appear on the invoice. If any sum is not paid, all other sums will become immediatley payable. By way of penalty , the buyer will be liable for a fixed amount of 15% of the outstanding sums, with a mimimum of € 100.00, due to late payment and annual interest of 8% as of the due date.
11. The goods sold remain our property until the total price, including the principal and incidental sums, has been paid in full. Failure to pay any one of the sums due may result in the goods being reclaimed at the buyer’s cost. Any clause to the contrary appearing on the buyer’s order form is null and void.
12. The general conditions of sale and special conditions, plus the price conditions of the order placed under these conditions, are governed by Belgian law. The parties agree that in the case of a dispute on the interpretation and/or fulfilment of the order and/or its termination of these conditions, they will endeavour to reach an amicable settlement. Failing this, the dispyte will be settled under the sole jurisdiction of the Brussels’ commercial courts.
DELIVERY TERMS
Minimum order : € 125,00 (excl.VAT) except for initial orders in which case € 500,00 is the minimum
INCOTERMS
For countries in the European Union
All orders in excess of € 750,00 are carriage free (DDP).
Orders for less are delivered Ex Works our warehouse (EXW)
Countries outside of the European Union
All orders are delivered Ex Works our warehouse (EXW)
BACKORDERS
We do not keep backorders except upon client request, in which case they will be added to future orders.
DELIVERY SCHEDULES
Delivery schedules within the Benelux are 4 working days and 7 working days for other European countries, given that items are in stock. These schedules are approximate only and AMT will not be liable for any damages or penalties should these schedules not be met.
ONLINE PRICES
Every effort has been made to guarantee the best possible prices. However, on-line prices can be modified at any time without prior notice. AMT will nevertheless notify the buyer before sending an order for which prices have been modified.
PAYMENTS
The two first orders made by a new client are subject to advance payment. Subsequent orders benefit from 30 days credit terms given credit insurance

DAMAGED DELIVERY – RETURN OF GOODS
Upon receipt of a delivery, please make sure to count the number of packages and their physical state. If something seems damaged or missing, please mention this on the delivery note and have the transporter sign it. All requests have to be made within 8 days of delivery. The return of goods, for whatever reason, must take place within 8 days of delivery, and with our written approval. A return of goods without our written approval will be rejected and not refunded. The goods must be returned in their original packages accompanied by a letter restating the reason for the return to the following address :
