QoR modern watercolours have a unique formulation that accentuates the brightness and brilliance of the pigments, even after drying. QoR offers the subtlety, transparency and fluidity of a great watercolour, with colours that have as much vibrancy and fire as the best acrylic or oil paint. The exceptional colour strength of QoR watercolour is achieved through the use of a unique binder called Aquazol® that can hold much higher amounts of pigment than the same amount of gum arabic, while maintaining a strong and flexible paint film.

A choice of 83 high intensity colours, including three iridescent colours. The addition of QoR mediums and backgrounds allows for increased gloss, improved flow or wetting, and different textured surfaces to expand the creative possibilities of watercolour painting.
